Novis is a SAP partner and has  certifications SAP® services provider.
These distinctions endorse that Novis’ services are at the best level of world standards.
Here is a list of our certifications. You may see more details about them following the link at the beginning of each one, and the certificate at the end.

    SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA solution operations and works with RISE with SAP: Formerly known as SAP AMS, this certification validates that the SAP partner meets SAP’s highest standards for operating and managing SAP S/4HANA environments throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes application maintenance, day-to-day operations, and functional support under enterprise-grade operational models.
    Only a select group of SAP partners in the Americas currently hold this certification, reinforcing its value as a mark of operational excellence and low-risk delivery. (See certificate)

    SAP Certified in SAP HANA Cloud and database operations
    This certification validates that the SAP partner’s personnel are trained and certified to operate SAP HANA–based solutions. It also confirms that the partner has appropriate facilities and meets the highest standards for the operation and support of these environments.
    Novis is part of a select group of the first ten SAP partners worldwide to obtain this certification.  (See certificate)

    SAP Certified Hosting Operations: Certifies our SAP applications operation and management processes, including SAP applications operation and technical maintenance. (See certificate)Certification discontinued by SAP in July 2023.

    SAP Certified HANA Operations: Certifies that we have a qualified and certified staff for the operation of solutions based on SAP HANA, as well as adequate facilities, standards, and operation and support experience. (See certificate)

    SAP Certified Cloud and Infraestructure Operations: Certifies our capability to provide on-demand infrastructure services for SAP applications, in Novis’ private cloud or in public clouds. (See certificate)Certification discontinued by SAP in July 2023.

  SAP Certified Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE): Certifies that we have adequate processes, infrastructure and personnel to deliver SA support services. (See certificate)

Novis’ cloud services are delivered from the operation centers in Chile and Mexico, which have these certifications and are periodically audited by SAP.
